Nikahelite is a matrimonial/match-making platform (“we”, “us”, “our”) that enables users (“you”, “your”, “User”) to create profiles, search for potential partners, connect with other users, and use related features. 2. Acceptance of Terms

We may in our sole discretion suspend or remove any profile that is suspected to be false, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use; Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Site or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not:

• Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

• Create a profile for another person or use someone else’s credentials without authorization.

7. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
