At NikahElite, we provide premium matchmaking services with dedicated relationship managers, personalized efforts, and continuous support.

By using our services and making payment, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.

STRICT NO REFUND POLICY*

All payments made to NikahElite are:

• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Non-cancellable

Once a payment is successfully completed, *no refund will be provided under any circumstances*.

This policy applies to all packages including Basic, Elite, and any customized services.

Nature of Service

NikahElite is a *service-based matrimony platform*, not a product-based service.

Upon payment:

• Your profile is activated
• Resources are allocated
• Dedicated managers are assigned
• Matchmaking process begins immediately

Therefore, refunds are not applicable once service has started.

Refund Will NOT Be Provided Under Any Situation Including:

•  Change of mind after payment
•  Delay or lack of response from client
•  Not satisfied with matches or profiles
• Not finding a suitable match within time
• Marriage fixed outside NikahElite
• Personal / family decision changes
• Temporary inactivity or pause from client
• Misunderstanding without prior clarification
• Expectations beyond service scope

Package Validity & Expiry

•  Each package is valid only for the selected duration
• Services will end automatically after expiry
• Unused time will not be refunded
• No extension will be provided unless renewed

No Guarantee Clause

NikahElite provides *matchmaking assistance only*.

We do NOT guarantee:

•  Marriage confirmation
• Alliance finalization
• Exact match availability

Results depend on individual preferences, compatibility, and external factors beyond our control.

Client Responsibility

Before making payment, clients must:

• Understand how the service works
• Clarify all doubts with our team
• Choose the appropriate package

Once payment is made, it is considered as *final confirmation and acceptance* of all terms.

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

Any attempt to:

• Raise false disputes
• Initiate payment chargebacks

Will result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent termination of service
• Legal action, if required
